We offer a 7-day replacement window starting from the day your product is delivered. To qualify for a replacement:

The product must be unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Report any physical damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.

Once your replacement is approved, we will share return instructions and a shipping label. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

🔄 When Replacement Is Applicable:

We allow replacement under the following conditions:

Product is received damaged or not working, and reported within 24 hours.

Product has a technical issue or defect within 7 days of delivery.

The product differs significantly from what was shown on our website.

In all such cases, the item will be inspected by our quality team before approval. The full product and accessories must be returned intact for processing.

❌ When Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted:

Issues related to personal preference, such as look or sound quality.

Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Damage caused by electrical surge, misuse, or external tampering.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Please note:

Bank/card refunds may take additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.

🔄 Exchange Delivery Timeline
